Please note, the above fees do not apply to Visitors or new patients. There will be an additional $5 charged depending on the length of consultation.

We will continue to accept the DVA rebate for DVA card holders.

Additional tests and procedures will incur extra fees.

The same fees will apply for all video and telephone consultations with a doctor.

Payment of fees is due on the day of your consultation. If you had a telehealth appointment please call us to pay for your consultation.

Unpaid accounts will incur additional fees of $1/day that the payment is late.

Bulkbilling applies to Veterans Affairs Card holders, and children under the age of 12 holding a current Medicare card.

We accept EFTPOS/Credit Card, cheque and cash payments. If a fee applies to you, you may be able to claim a rebate back through Medicare Online Claiming at the time your payment is taken.
